Fall's Early Grasp

On September 28th, I got word that M433 had some M&E units in tow. Due to a minor derailment in the yard and other delays out of my control, I could not break away from work to see it as planned, so I was donated a clip of the engines coming thru Auto 85, (thanks Ulster County Railfans)! On October 2nd, I got word that M403 had a flared MACe rebuild leading. Once again, the timing and luck was just simply not on my side. However, my buddy was using some vacation time and was able to get a clip of the engines passing him at CP 52. On October 3rd, H70’s SD60E’s disappeared and they assigned the New York Central Heritage to the train trailing. Yet again, timing and luck weren’t on my side, and my buddy was able to go to MQ and donate a clip of them passing to me (thanks Will D for both clips!). On October 5th, I got out of work to find H70 hitting the Tuxedo hot box detector and that just happened to put me near Harriman, so I went there and caught them rolling by. On October 10th, I got word that 59 had two Geeps. Knowing this turns to 68, I took a ride to MQ and watched it roll in.
