PO13 PYH undertaker

Going along at 30 mph when this moron came from the left and glanced off the front of my car and when l looked at the rear camera i could not belive why he undertook me when there was cars parked. It took him well over a minute with me flashing my lights for him to pull over. If there was no cars in front of him he would have just driven on without stopping.
