Artist Bio: In 2023 and 2024, Scrum is on a trajectory of recording and releasing new material. The single "Charming Bastard" is the capstone of the "Charming Bastards Tour 2023" and at the same time the prelude to the band's 20th anniversary in 2024.
In the fall, the band returns to the studio to record new work. For two decades Scrum has been a fixture at festivals in the Netherlands and abroad and in recent years the band has toured the Dutch theatres.
From the very beginning the band has played powerfolk: solid punk and rock with inspiration from the traditional music of Scotland and Ireland; drums and electric guitars together with bagpipes, fiddle and banjo.

About the Video: The video is produced by a large professional German team that has the band's best interest in mind. We built a hotel room and a local pub into a movie set and shot the music video over the course of three long days. We are absolutely thrilled about the result!!
