A chicken thigh recipe that my family loves so much. This recipe for oven-baked chicken legs is perfect for both a family dinner and a holiday table.
You will impress your guests with this recipe. After trying such chicken legs once, they want me to cook them again. Cook with pleasure! Cook

Ingredients and preparation:

8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon chili pepper
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 ½ teaspoons paprika
½ teaspoon cumin powder
Black pepper
2 small eggs
Green onion
30-40 g Parmesan (optional)
2 tablespoons cream cheese
250-300 g bacon
Bake for 25 minutes at 200C, top/bottom heat
After 25 minutes, brush the chicken rolls with the glaze
Continue baking for another 10 minutes
During this time I brush the rolls with the glaze again
The chicken rolls turned out juicy and very tasty!

glaze
1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon spice mix
1 ½ teaspoons whole-grain mustard
1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup

400g potatoes
250g carrots
Season well with salt
Green onion or young garlic
Parsley
2 small eggs
Black pepper
Salt
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2-3 tablespoons of flour
oil for frying
