~ 2 kg pork belly

1.5 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon paprika, 1.5 teaspoons dry garlic
4-5 cloves of garlic
stuff the meat with garlic
Wrap the meat well in 2 layers of foil
Bake for 2 hours at 180 ° С, 1 kg of meat roast for 1 hour
1-1.5 sweet and sour apple
6 tablespoons of soy sauce
3 tbsp tomato paste (ketchup possible)
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon dried garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
1/3 teaspoon of cinnamon
Simmer over medium heat for ~ 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
after 2 hours remove the meat and place on the wire rack
grease the meat on all sides
Bake at 220 ° C for 10-15 minutes
Cover with foil and let the meat rest for 15 minutes
Juicy and fragrant brisket is ready!
