Surround Yourself with Maturity

Are you the most mature person in your group of friends and colleagues? Many people follow the advice of making sure they surround themselves with people who are smarter then them. This is great advice but if those people are not more mature then you, then they will pull you down.

Being surround by people who have achieved a level of confidence that their personal reflections of themselves make them more mature then their age is a sign of someone you should never leave their side!

These people will lift you when your down, and explain to you why your down so you never fall down again.
