Episode 93: Your mind is Your Enemy

Negative thoughts, thoughts of failure, thoughts of doubt all come from your own mind. It's not other people who make your life hell. It is your mind that makes your life hell.

Stop listening to your mind and all its negative thoughts. It's your mind that should be your biggest enemy. It is you who has been holding you back, not other people or your situation. It has been and always will be your mind!

Set goals that you think are impossible and then ignore all thoughts from your mind concerning that goal. Once you do, you will achieve and be the person that you have always wanted to be and so much more.

Ignore your own mind and ignoring other people will not matter anymore because they will be too busy cheering for you to matter.
