RECIPES

Remoulade

6 oz Sour Cream
6 Oz Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp Ketcup
1 tsp Mustard
2 Tbsp Dill Relish
¼ tsp Granulated Garlic
2 tsp Hot Sauce
½ tsp Cajun Seasoning
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp White Vinegar

1) Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until homogeneous. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

French Onion Soup

1 Yellow Onion, Finely Sliced
¼ tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Beef Base
2 Cups Water
1 Bay Leaf

1) Add the onions and salt into a pan and place over low heat. Toss occasionally for 25 minutes or until deeply browned.
2) Once browned, add the beef base, water, and bay leaf. Turn the heat to high and bring to a boil. Once boil, remove from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes.

Pepper Gravy

2 oz Cream Cheese
3/4 Cup Heavy Cream
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt

1) Add all of the ingredients to a pan set over medium high heat. Whisk everything to combine and reduce until thickened.
