SC - Grabbing Some Citadel Armor

Ninetails have changed a bit in the recent patch. Now there are "mini bosses" in most bunker. They are equipped in Citadel heavy armor and always have a Pembrook heavy backpack on. If you don't mind looking like a criminal, then this is a solid set of armor, especially if you are a loot goblin. As of Right now the protection heavy armor offers often isn't worth the loss in agility and stamina. Hopefully that changes with the Maelstrom damage system but we'll see how long that takes. Enjoy.
