Delphi neighbors use orange lights, flyers to help detectives find the murderer of two Delphi girls

More than 1,000 flyers of the man suspected to have killed two teens in Delphi have been passed out around the city. Orange light bulbs have been used around the city to signify the suspect search. In February, Abby Williams and Libby German were murdered in Delphi.
