A look inside El Salvador's mega-prison

El Salvador government on Thursday opened the doors of (October 12) the Terrorism Confinement Centre's (CECOT) to journalists, where 12,000 active members of the Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13) and rival Barrio 18 gangs are currently held, some of them convicted and others on trial, officials said.
