Slushie Companion Speedpaint by H2oRini

A speedpaint of a commission of my Slushie Companion OC, a magical speedster with weak cold powers, her mere presence is enough to drop the temperature around her but she is able to use magic and can react and do things faster than most people, like for example, being able to run at Mach 3.4 at max speed. Though she dressed femininely with a skirt, loafers and stockings, she does have a jacket and shirt, and a tomboy streak. She also has a katana version of the Anti-Magic Taskforce's swords. Also she is capable of surviving arctic temperatures without a coat.
