Finding Subcontractors

The guys talk about all subcontractors. If you are bidding on work that you do not self-perform, you will require subcontractors. A good subcontractor is hard to find, especially in a hot market. Having a well-established relationship with a subcontractor will help immensely. A sub is essentially an employee of the GC, so good relationships are critical.
