2 large onion
1 green chili
1 bunch coriander
half lemon
1 TBSP vinegar
1 TBSP olive oil
1 TBSP yogurt
3 Garlic cloves and same amount ginger
spice mix
1and half tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp aleppo chili
1 tsp char masala
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp zatar
1 tsp cumin
1 turmeric
