On March 10, 2023, in Marshfield, Wisconsin, officers received a dispatch call to a local residence concerning a reported disturbance between two adults. The complainant informed them that their parents were engaged in a dispute, with items being thrown inside the residence.

According to reports, officers could smell the scent of intoxicants coming from Kyle's person. It was found that Kyle was out on bond with absolute sobriety as a bond condition due to an incident three months prior.

Kyle resisted with officers until it was determined he would need to be taken to the hospital for medical clearance in an ambulance. He continued screaming for much of the ride to the hospital where he was medically cleared before being brought to jail.

Kyle continued yelling and resisting at the hospital. He was charged with felony bail jumping, resisting or obstructing an officer, and disorderly conduct. He was later found guilty of resisting and disorderly conduct and sentenced to 2 years probation as well as 30 days in jail.
