Use of Electricity : Concierge Bacton Tower : 24 Aug 2023 : Ventilation?

Do the council continue to run their offices at the expense of tenants and leaseholders. They have ignored request to fit their own electricity meter. Ventilation is fitted to the concierge office why are we running up electricity costs with additional fans?
