The idea for a national museum dedicated to showcasing the artistic, musical, literary, political and other socio-economic contributions of Latino Americans was first discussed a quarter of a century ago.
While the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Latino is still at least a decade away from completion, it's already hit a snag.
