In a recent heart-wrenching event, the nation of Israel faced an immense tragedy. A staggering 22 Americans lost their lives, and 17 still remain unaccounted for. This brings forward an unsettling question - will some of these missing individuals be used as pawns for ransom? And considering the $6 billion that was recently released, is there a worrying trend in how we negotiate in times of crisis?

A pressing concern now is the evacuation process. Many are escaping the turmoil through neighboring Jordan. We pay tribute to some of the brave Americans who tragically lost their lives:

Hayim Katsman: A hero in the truest sense, Katsman shielded a friend, sacrificing himself in the process.
Deborah Matias and husband: This devoted couple met their end while protecting their 16-year-old son, ensuring his safety before their own.
Danielle Ben-Senyor: A casualty at a music festival, Ben-Senyor had previously worked as an Intensive Care nurse during the pandemic in Tel Aviv, demonstrating her commitment to her community.
As the situation unfolds, another important question arises: Will the U.S. step forward to send aid to Israel? Especially with certain organizations seemingly celebrating the acts of Hamas.

On home turf, there's been a resounding call from the BLM Grassroots for a Hamas-style decolonization of America. The objective and implications of such a call are worth dissecting.
