Donald J. Trump: It's the President's Problem

President Trump says that while Speaker McCarthy thought he was doing the right thing by preventing a shutdown, it was a victory for the Democrats. He believes that had a shutdown occurred, Republicans could have negotiated from a position of strength to secure the border.
