A Brief Look Back: About U.S. Psychological Warfare

So the psychological division of the U.S. military been advertised and forwarned us all they will be doing operations. Did any of you know that it's legal for them to do these operations against the American citizens? I knew they were doing it but, I didn't know it was legal. 🤔
