Air travel Covid vaccine mandate is back in court

The Federal Court of Appeal held a hearing yesterday to decide whether it was reasonable to dismiss Brian Peckford's and Maxime Bernier's legal challenge of the Covid vaccine mandate for air travel as "moot." The Federal Court ruled earlier that since the government lifted the mandate, there was no point in adjudicating whether it was unconstitutional (despite the government asserting it had a right to reintroduce it).
