In recent months Russia has changed their laws surrounding first strike nuclear attacks in defense of the Russian homeland after the consistent escalation in the Ukranian conflict. With Russia feeling threatened and pushing to advance their nuclear technology as well as their rules surrounding use of thermonuclear detonation we see the doomsday clock tick ever closer to zero.
