Man Arrested After Randomly Attacking Victims, Kicking Woman in the Face

Two victims were attacked in a seemingly unprovoked assault, on October 6, in Oklahoma City. One woman was kicked in the face by the suspect, Adam Hartico, who has since been arrested. The two women were taken to the hospital.
