Friends of 13-year-old shot, killed organize balloon release

Friends of a 13-year-old boy who was shot and killed outside of a Castleton restaurant Saturday night organized a balloon release on Indy’s northeast side in his memory. Matthew McGee’s friends held the gathering at Gardner Park where family and classmates joined.
