Animate is a well regarded chain store offering the latest (and usually priciest) anime and manga merch.

The newest merch is going to be expensive, but discounted items can be found. Especially figures which are constantly rolling out for popular characters. Figures that you see in UFO catchers can usually be found here for under ¥1,000.

東京散歩　アニメイト　2号館　秋葉原

2号館は地下1階から7階まであり、2階に「アニメイトカフェグラッテ秋葉原」が、6階と7階に「オンリーショップ」が併設されます。
「アニメイトカフェグラッテ秋葉原」ではドリンクの上のクリームにキャラクターをプリントしたグラッテやアイシングクッキーを販売、秋葉原エリアではグラッテ初出店となります。第一弾コラボはTVアニメ『アキバ冥途戦争』、『イケメン戦国◆時をかける恋』総選挙戦国武将のおもてなし、『竹書房ぼのフェス』、『ご注文はうさぎですか？』など、秋葉原の街を代表するアニメ作品とのコラボを行います。
また「オンリーショップ」では、さまざまな人気作品の展示や商品の販売などを行う予定です。

また、1号館ではキャラクターグッズ売場が大幅に増床しております。これまでよりボリュームある商品とゆったりと買い物ができる売場で、お客様をお待ちしております。
