This is how I cook for a banquet, two portions at a time and always not enough!
Incredibly delicious pork tenderloin recipe to cook for a holiday or family dinner. I've never cooked pork tenderloin like this before. Simple and delicious. This dish will decorate the holiday table. An unusual way of preparing pork tenderloin that turns out very tender and soft. Cook with love! Have fun cooking!
Ingredients and preparation:
600 g pork fillet
Salt
Black pepper
120 g thin slices of bacon
Dried thyme (optional)
capers (optional)
wooden skewers
Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C
After 20 minutes, remove the meat from the oven
Brush with the sauce and bake for another 10 minutes at 180°C
At the end of the cooking time, put the meat under the grill for 2 to 3 minutes (max. temperature)
Sauce:
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1-2 tablespoons honey (to taste)
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ head of cabbage
250ml milk
250ml of water
Black pepper
garlic powder
3-4 eggs
Salt
Black pepper
Parsely
4-5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
4-5 tablespoons of flour
paprika
oil for frying
You can serve it with or without skewers
