Most say Vitamin C nullifies CDS so ideally shouldn't be had at the same time, but I just sometimes still drink the CDS as I still think it's better to have it than not and drink it throughout the day. Of note, Practitioner Ken Rhola who had Reptilian(ET's) interaction and helped people in the past like Martin Luther Kings Wife...Ken recovered from Lyme in a couple weeks using MMS in Organic Lemonade while doing additional things(He's into Ormus and Scalar energy)..
