The biggest mistake I see people making is thinking they GOT it all figured out after a month or two of consistency.
The reality is, it took me well over a year of consistency and hard work for my brain to actually realize THIS is my new lifestyle.

People ask, "how do you have so much motivation?
I don't.
I still struggle to motivate myself. BUT I have a workout habit in place that I truly don't think I could ever break. I enjoy the food that I eat because it actually TASTES good and my body craves nutritious foods.

I've been consistent for years with my workout and eating habits and NOW it's a lifestyle forever"
