Liberty City, also known as Model City is located in the Northwest quadrant of Miami. Many of its violent crimes are connected to the drug trade in the area, gun violence, burglaries, robberies, and drive-by shootings. In addition, the average household earnings of people living here is less than $40,000/yr making it one of the poorest neighborhoods in Miami.
