Channel Your Anger

It's ok to feel angry when you have been wronged. The fire of anger can be channeled and controlled toward something good. Reacting to fire with fire won't put it out, and likely will cause more destruction than necessary. Next time you're angry, ask yourself, “Am I reacting or responding?” Never react on your emotions, respond responsibly if necessary or walk away if you can't. #consciousleader #narcissisticabusesurvivor #gaslighting #abusesurvovor #angerproblems #angermanagement
