This dough will make 12-14 Chebureks.
✔️ 300 grams of flour
✔️ 150/160 gr of water
✔️ 2 tablespoons of oil
✔️ Salt
✔️ 1 teaspoon of grape vinegar, in grape vinegar. Chebureki helps to make bubbles more and crisp.

Mincemeat
✔️ 400 g minced meat.
✔️ 200 grams of onion
✔️ Tomato
✔️ Dill
✔️ salt, pepper, paprika

For frying:
✔️0.5 liters of oil
