This burner fits our 45-inch pans and smaller. It has three concentric rings of flame and three knobs that independently control each ring. The outer ring is 35 1/2 inches, the middle ring is 27 1/2 inches and the inside ring is 19 1/2 inches. The burner comes with an oversize reinforced tripod for supporting the burner. Total BTU output is 125,500.

Our burners offer maximum control and flexibility, supplying even heat under the entire paella pan. Each ring is controlled by its own knob, so you can adjust the heat where and when it's needed.
