Note: Yeah, I'm REALLY not too proud of myself for how long it took me solve how to reach the Chaos Emerald as Tails here. The first big reason was for just figuring out how to find a way to start getting higher up to reach it, and the other was for how long it took me to solve that switch puzzle. Also, was there some sort of hint mentioned earlier that you needed to use the aircraft's charge laser to destroy the shielded blocks? That was just something I tried out of curiosity and it was a surprise to me that it actually worked.
