The Best Basturma Recipe from Pork Loin: A Delicious Alternative to Expensive Jamon!
Ingredients :
1) Fillet of pork meat - 1.5 kilograms.
2) Salt - 100 grams.
3) Sugar - 70 grams.
4) Seasonings for meat (you can use any).
5) Gauze fabric and threads.
Cooking Order :

0:04 2) Wash and dry the meat.
0:21 3) Mix 100 grams of salt and 70 grams of sugar.

1:29 5) Put the meat for salting in the refrigerator for 18-24 hours.
