Info from Licensor: "I was driving through downtown when I saw him parked by Lake Eola, so I stopped to see exactly what that thing was and got that video. I went on with my day then stopped back by about 45 minutes later while on my way home and saw the cops making him unload it onto the street/sidewalk."
