Cake without oven 🍰Pancake cake 😋

Ingredients needed:

For the pancake:
2 eggs
100 grams of sugar
500 ml of milk
80 g spoon of cocoa
5 spoons of vegetable oil
200 grams of flour

For the cream:
33 percent plum
Sugar powder

For the glaze:
4 spoons of sour cream
2 spoons of cocoa
2 spoons of sugar
Sliv maslo 30 gr

Preparation:
Put all ingredients for pancakes in one bowl and mix well. We cook the resulting mass in a pan. 10-12 pancakes will come out.

Mix cream and sugar until it becomes creamy.

We cut off the edges of the pancakes.
We spread the cream on each layer of pancakes and pick our string.

Put the glaze ingredients in a pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on low heat. Shouldn't be long.
We pour the glaze over the tor. Leave in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
