Protester replaces Israeli flag with Palestinian on UK town hall

The reverberations from the Israel-Palestine conflict are being felt far and wide, even in the city of Sheffield, UK. Footage shows the moment a daring protester climbs onto the roof of Sheffield town hall, cheered on by his fellow demonstrators. The protester removes the Israeli flag from the town hall, replacing it with the Palestinian flag.

Following the stunt, police reported a ‘minor disorder' during which the protester was able to flee without being apprehended.
