In the next few minutes, I am going to show you three pressure points to relieve restless leg syndrome.
Restless leg syndrome is when your legs feel weird and you want to move them, especially when you're trying to sleep.
It can make it hard to fall asleep or stay asleep, which can be really frustrating.
Some people also feel a tingly or crawling sensation in their legs with restless leg syndrome, which can be uncomfortable or even painful.
But the good news is there are things you can do to help manage restless leg syndrome, like stretching your legs, taking a warm bath before bed, and avoiding caffeine and sugary foods before bedtime.
Interestingly a recent review of eighteen studies including over 600 people with restless leg syndrome found that activating certain acupuncture points is an effective treatment option for those with restless leg syndrome.
It is believed that acupuncture relieves restless leg syndrome by calming over-stimulated nerves.
