Does Curly Girlz Peanut Brittle Spike Blood Glucose

We recently received the Curly Girlz peanut brittle in our keto box but I'm skeptical about one of the ingredients. Prebiotic fiber syrup is another name for IMO fiber which is known to spike glucose and is at least partially digested in the body. Lets find out what happens when I test.
