The two bomb threats that prompted police patrols outside a number of Milford schools Friday were sent by a district employee, Miami Township police announced Monday. Police arrested Katherine Deel, a 24-year-old caregiver at Charles L. Seipelt Elementary, on Monday. She stands charged with inducing panic and obstructing justice for mailing two letters -- one to the school district and one to police -- implying there was a bomb hidden somewhere in the district, according to police.
