BODYBUILDER takes FASTING and KETO to the STAGE!

Welcome back my name is Andrew Fillion and I am a Men's Physique competitor with an open mind who's willing to try new things in order to get in the best shape for bodybuilding!

This is my second show of the competition season, join me as I cover what I think went well and what went wrong from my first show, and the adjustments that I have made going into show number 2. I have one more to go in a couple weeks, and I plan to leave it all out there!

Last year I competed with the standard body builder diet. That means boring food, lots of cardio and not feeling good for the many weeks leading up to a show. This year I wanted to try something different. Could I cut weight and still feel good? Could I get in the best shape while doing so? I made it my goal to find out!
