Happy Hormone Helper Cream is hand-made from all organic products designed to help your body balance its hormones naturally. The primary hormone balancing ingredients are wild yam root (Dioscorea villosa) and chaste tree berry (Vitex agnus).

Happy Hormone Helper Cream contains diosgenin (from wild yam root), a sapogenin steroid & phytoestrogen (a plant-based estrogen). It's chemically converted into progesterone in the body. Most of the corticosteroids, sex hormones and therapeutically useful steroidal drugs used today are made in a semi-synthetic way using natural precursors that are predominantly from diosgenin. Diosgenin has several medicinal properties including antioxidant, anticarcinogenic, anti-inflammatory, hypolipidemic, hypoglycaemic and antiproliferative activities.

Happy Hormone Helper uses:

Women: PMS, menopause (before, during, after), endometriosis, PCOS, breast cancer, uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, night sweats, hot flashes, heavy or painful periods.

**Should not be used with birth control or if you are taking Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT).

Directions: Apply twice daily for 3 weeks per month. Stop for the week of menstration. If you're no longer menstrating, choose one week per month to pause application. Apply as needed for night sweats and hot flashes.
