Your aim is to help calm a person’s busy mind; still the turbulent thoughts that go round and around in their head, and help the person stay focused and in the moment with this Mindfulness Technique. When a person is experiencing difficulty concentrating and feels an inability to focus or stay in the moment, there is a possibility that their crown chakra may be blocked or out of balance.

This technique can be applied with the person standing, sitting, or lying down.
In our demonstration the person is sitting on a chair.

Your hands should be firm but gentle.
💪 To begin, place the backs of your hands gently on top of the person’s shoulders with one hand on each side of their head.
The palms of your hands are facing towards him as the backs of your hands rest gently on top of the person’s shoulders.

💪 In this technique you are directing a flow of energy from the energy point in the palm of one hand to the energy point in the palm of your other hand, sending this flow of energy through the energy field of the person’s head and crown chakra. This can help to clear and dissipate any blocked energy in and around the area of the head, brain, and crown chakra.
💪 It is important that you remain calm and focused.
Hold your hands very still in this position for up to 5 minutes.
