Poké Tape 2 marks the second album from Super Lofi 64, the pianist and percussionist duo of Nate and Canaan Evans. Poké Tape 2 is also the second installment in GameChops' Poké Tape series, which spotlights individual GameChops artists and their favorite Pokémon tunes.

Poké Tape 2 includes music from Pokemon Gold/Silver, Ruby/Sapphire, and Black/White, with fan-favorites composed by Junichi Masuda, Go Ichinose, and Himoti Sato.
