Roy Fox, 84, has been the caretaker of the landmark in Jamaica, Queens, for more than 30 years which has since become his home. He recently featured on Cash Jordan's YouTube channel in a video titled: 'He found a $0 NYC apartment... how?' In the clip, Roy gave a comprehensive tour of King's Manor itself as well as offering a glimpse of his compact apartment, which he has filled with more than 4,000 books.
