East African Safari in 1963 which has safari rally drivers started in Nairobi and going to Uganda to Tanzania though Mombasa in the coast and back to Nairobi where a winner is announced based on points and finishing the race first. The roads are dry, dusty, rugged, rocky, muddy and water filled in some sections giving the safari rally a driver a perfect setup to showcase his or her skills on the road.
