Footage has surfaced of the arrest of Ashley Dale's alleged killer at Glastonbury prior to her tragic death. Another clip shows her expressing concerns at a funeral wake, weeks before the incident.

Ashley Dale, a 28-year-old Knowsley Council worker, was fatally shot in her Old Swan home on August 21 last year. James Witham, who admitted manslaughter, is accused, along with four others, of her murder.

Voice notes from Ms. Dale highlighted her apprehensions about the men's conflict with her boyfriend during a friend's funeral, stating, "It's going to be bad, and it's a funeral. It's disrespectful."

During a conversation with a friend named Mol, she revealed her anxiety about her boyfriend's safety.

Prosecutors argue that Mr. Warnick's death intensified the feud between Ashley's partner, Lee Harrison, and the group accused of her murder.

The court saw bodycam footage of police arresting Ashley's suspected killers at Glastonbury in June of that year, where they found a flick knife allegedly used to threaten her boyfriend.

The prosecution suggested that Niall Barry had access to a knife at Glastonbury, supporting Ashley's claim that he had produced a large knife and threatened her boyfriend.

Messages between Ashley and her friends revealed the ongoing feud between Barry and Harrison, which reignited during the festival.

Witham, Zeisz, Barry, Peers, and Fitzgibbon pleaded not guilty to murder charges, along with conspiracy to murder Harrison and conspiracy to possess a prohibited weapon. Witham admitted manslaughter.

Kallum Radford faces charges of assisting an offender. The trial is ongoing, with a duration estimated at six to eight weeks.
