How To Cook Egusi Soup - Frying Method || Foodace Egusi Soup recipe

Below are the ingredients used;
To cook meat;
300ml of water
2kg of meat of your choice
1 tablespoon of salt
2 seasoning cubes
1 Big onion
(save the meat sock for later)
To blend Egusi
3 cups of Egusi
3 paprika peppers
1 cup of crayfish
1 onion
300ml water to blend
Scotch bonnet (optional)
To fry Egusi
1 cup palm oil (purchased from @KDfoods on Instagram)
1/2 onion
1 seasoning cubes
Salt to taste
