Michigan's average gasoline price is down 13-cents a gallon to three-dollars-59-cents

Triple-A Michigan says the price is the lowest in the state in over two months, and is down 77-cents from last year. The most expensive gas is in Jackson at three-67, while metro Detroit has the lowest price at three-54. A 15-gallon fill-up costs 53-dollars in the state.
