Information is generally taught in layers. Most Jiu-Jitsu instructors teach in the first two layers of information. In my opinion, there are 10 total layers of information. These layers of information I call Details in Consciousness. These additional layers of information allow you to more fully understand techniques. In this video I discuss what the 10 layers of consciousness are.
